Fiery, ambitious, and hard-working, Philippe Chevrier appeared to have acquired this natural instinct from a young age. At the age of 7, evidence quickly emerged that he would be an early-adopter of this profession : “I want to be a chef!” As the Swiss Style’s ambassador, his approach was shaped by the region and his cuisine is an integral part of life, continuity, and tradition. A combination of discipline and creativity, discretion and openness, and which, on the top of everything, offers the luxury of simplicity.

In the heart of Philippe Chevrier’s territory since 1987, tucked away in the tranquillity of the Genevan countryside, this Domaine is enticing through the power it emits, its personality and its history. It is in this 2 Michelin-starred restaurant that the Chef built up his reputation, and developed his cuisine showcasing the excellence of some of the best produce, without compromising quality and upholding the greatest respect for each ingredient.
The house offers a setting which is as ideal for the escape and delight of a romantic trip, as the focus of a business seminar. From the kitchen garden to the terrace and the smoking room, through to the 12 rooms and the suite, warmth is perfectly orchestrated.

Taken over by Philippe Chevrier in January 2009, the Café des Négociants is one of the oldest restaurants in the Vieux Carouge. Authentic welcoming décor, market cuisine peppered with warmth and selection of more than 150 wines: this is a bistro that makes life better! Regulars also come for the famous Carouge entrecote or the frogs legs pan-fried in persillade.

Owner of the Patio since the 1970s, the Prato family found Philippe Chevrier to be the perfect successor in 2013. This restaurant located on the boulevard Helvétique, had in fact, opened its arms to Philippe Chevrier as a Sous Chef in 1985. Bar-Grill welcomes its clients every day in a chic and relaxed New York-style setting. Kobe beef, Irish lamb, or Geneva
